An "X-MP lens" must resolve detail at the sensor's pixel pitch. We publish lp/mm MTF data at center and corner so you can verify the lens will not bottleneck a modern 45MP sensor.
Every lens has some distortion — the question is whether it's stable and documented. We provide distortion plots per model so your calibration is accurate and repeatable.
Locking screws on focus and iris rings prevent drift from vibration. Ruggedized barrels and consistent glass-metal interfaces keep parameters stable over years of 24/7 operation.
